Summary
Amends the:
Social Security Act 1991
and
Veterans' Entitlements Act 1986
to: introduce a no negative equity guarantee to the pension loans scheme; and enable participants to access an advance of their entitlement to regular pension loans scheme payments; and
Social Security (Administration) Act 1999
to make a consequential amendment.
